3. Studio Startup Triage (paid sessions)

Access is by application and invitation only

If invited, the session fee must be paid in advance

Sessions are one-off and time-limited

A short written summary may be provided following the session
4. Open Office Hours (no cost sessions)

Open Office Hours are short, one-off conversations

Availability is limited and not guaranteed

These sessions are not a substitute for Studio Startup Triage

No written output is guaranteed
5. User responsibilities
You agree to:

provide accurate and complete information

use sessions for legitimate professional purposes

not record sessions without permission
6. Use of tools and methods
In delivering sessions, we may use a range of professional tools and methods, including digital and AI-assisted tools, to support analysis, structuring, and communication.
These tools are used to support professional judgement, not to replace it. We remain responsible for all outputs and conclusions.

7. Confidentiality
Information shared during sessions will be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties, except:

However, no formal non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is implied unless explicitly agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Advisors Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
